Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. 

 

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping rather than the date of order and cannot guarantee a delivery date.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance. 

 

Issues with orders

If an item comes damaged or part of your order is incorrect, please contact us at frehzajewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will be glad to help.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Returned Packages

Frehza is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. 

For lost packages, if the carrier confirms the package as delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier or check with neighbors to ensure it was not delivered to the wrong address. 

Frehza is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable. If a package processed and is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we will refund the cost of the items via email but not the original shipping charges.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Please note: At this time, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any purchases. All sales are final.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers, especially for hygiene-sensitive items such as earrings.
